Ch. Vedamea the Diamond Beau
Hip-scored Wyburn 2 - 2 C.E.A. Free DOB 25/8/97
With a confident personality and a natural sense for the
appropriate, Beau epitomizes the beauty of functional correctness
in body, mind and spirit... traits he consistently passes on to his
progeny, whether they be from line-bred, inbred or outcrossed
bitches; Collies that excel on all counts, conform to the breed
standard, and show off their style and character with self-assured
pride.
Beau has always been a consistent winner in the
show ring, and as he approaches maturity he begins to take the top honours .
Most recently he garned Reserve Challenge Dog - Perth Royal on
29/9/02, sired the Best of Breed & Best Intermediate In Group winner-
see below. The following week at Blaxland & Glenbrook A.B.K.C.in Sydney,
he took Runner Up Best In Show.
Beau has proved his worth as a prepotent sire of
quality stock, a classic example is that of his tri coloured
son Vedamea Abeau Ryginal. Proof of this
pre-potency has been passed on consistently through generations,
demonstrated through his grand/great grand children,
some of which are featured throughout this page.

One of his more recent masterpieces is "The Art
Collection" out of the imported American Champion
Highcroft Calienté (USA); a bitch with an impressive
set of "professional" credentials: Championship, proven
producer of Champions, and awards for a variety of achievements.

This litter consists of six energetic pups, all mentally sound
with great physical stamina, showing eagerness and sustained
interest in their tasks.
In their short show careers, they have already shown they are
ART TO BEAT and, between them,
have amassed numerous Baby in Show & In Group awards.
Lochwind Arts Degree ( Ruby) was retained by
Lochwind Collies in Western Australia.
Shown sparingly over the past 18 months, Ruby's qualities were
evident right form the Baby Puppy class. Among strong competition
Ruby soon acquired some notable wins to her credit, including
numerous We are fortunate to usher in the new millenium by bringing home
to VEDAMEA...

Lochwind Artistique (Remy)
This
exquisite young lady undoubtedly has a bright future. Remy is so
incredibly gorgeous that any breeder of today would (or should!) want to take
her home in a heartbeat!
Although a little slower to mature than her sisterLochwind
Arts Degree
(Ruby), she is endowed with an intrinsic richness of character and a
highly-developed sense of appropriateness, the same to that of her sire...
Ch. Vedamea The Diamond Beau.
Shown sparingly to date,
Remy has enjoyed her youth here at Vedamea
pondering the right time to step into the paw prints of her sister. With daily
heats of 40 degree plus... the worst drought this country has ever seen,
Remy still
awaits her more formal attire, nevertheless she made
her come back at a Speciality Show on November 22nd, 2002, followed the
next day by the prestigious Spring Fair Back to Back shows. She was
placed 2nd in the Open Bitch class on both occasions.

Lochwind Artistique (Remy) (18 Months)
Remy will be
bred to Vedamea I Spy My Fantasy early 2004
and her litter
brother...
